Former WWE Diva and Current TNA Knockout Christy Hemme and her rock band “Hemme” will be performing at the Easyrider convention at the Pomona Fairplex January 5th and 6th.
The Purrfect Angels are gonna be there too. I dont know if Christy is still associated with them or not.

Joanie "Chyna Doll" Laurer
Joanie "Chyna Doll" Laurer recently completed a successful stay at a rehab facility in Pasadena, Ca. Yesterday she made an appearance on Superstar 101 Radio, a station based out in Los Angeles. Laurer talked about her stint in rehab claiming it was "one the hardest things" she had ever done but said it was "very effective" because it forced her to deal with all issues in her life.
"First and foremost it's taught me to take responsibility for my own actions and realize that I'm in control of my fate and destiny, not the alcohol." Laurer said. She also talked about, "Illegal Aliens" and a new feature film, "The Cougar Club" which she has a supporting role in.

TNA Knockouts at the iMPACT Tapings......
Amazing Kong, Angel Williams, Talia Madison and ODB were all at the recent TNA iMPACT! tapings.
Kong had a match with Gail Kim, and the rest were at ringside.
Ms. Brooks and Shelly "Ariel" Martinez weren't at the match, but Ms. Brooks has her own storyline going on, and they appear to be saving Shelly for a big debut at the Knockouts Gauntlet match at next month's pay-per-view.
Now what about Christy Hemme and Jacqueline Moore?

Last Night on RAW: Candice Michelle and Beth Phoenix
Last night on WWE RAW, in what seems to be a continuing tradition, Candice Michelle was in a mixed tag team match with Jeff Hardy.
They faced Shelton Benjamin and Beth Phoenix.
Jeff Hardy came out to a huge reception and tossed glow sticks into the stands before Women's Wrestling champion Candice Michelle came out to a hometown reception.
Nice match, but the bottom line was that Beth gave Candice the cradle suplex for the pin and the win, giving Candice a loss in her hometown.
Good victory for Beth to give her some heat chasing the Women's Wrestling title.

Lacey Von Erich
Lacey Von Erich is the stage name of Lacey Adkisson. She is the daughter of Kerry Von Erich and the grandaughter of Fritz Von Erich. Lacey signed a developmental contract with WWE on August 7, 2007. She was assigned to Florida Championship Wrestling in Tampa where she made her debut on September 15, 2007 managing Billy Kidman.
I guess we'll have to wait and see what the WWE plans for her.

WWE Diva Rocha new OVW Women's Wrestling Champion
At the recent OVW TV tapings, WWE Diva Rocha defeated Serena, Melody, Josie, Katie Lea, and ODB to win the OVW Women's Wrestling Championship.
This could be setting the stage for ODB to debut for TNA at Bound for Glory in the Women's Gauntlet match for the TNA Women's Wrestling title.
It also gives OVW one incredibly hot Women's Champion.

More News on TNA's 10-women gauntlet match at Bound For Glory
The ladies we already know and are probably a lock are Christy Hemme, Gail Kim, Ms. Brooks, Jackie Moore and Roxxi Laveaux ( Nikki Roxx).
Probables are Talia Madison, Shelly "Ariel" Martinez, ODB , Angel Williams and Amazing Kong.
Actually, according to WrestleZone .com, Talia Madison and Shelly Martinez have been confirmed to appear in the match.
Other names under consideration are April Hunter, Sarah Stock ( Dark Angel in CMLL) and So Cal Val.
The gauntlet match is going to be a "tryout match" for the five uncontracted ladies. So we can really look forward to the five ladies to REALLY put on a good show.
I really wonder how WWE will respond to this. If at all. Bringing in Indy talent may be their only hope.

Beth Phoenix, Melina, Jillian Hall, Candice Michelle, Mickie James on WWE RAW Last Night
Beth Phoenix was at ringside last night for the women's tag team match on RAW.
Of course the match was Melina and Jillian Hall against Candice Michelle and Mickie James.
I think that's everyone on the RAW roster except Maria.
Mickie started out against Melina, but I swear it doesn't look like Mickie's hearts in it anymore.
Jillian and Melina abused Mickie till she got the tag and Candice rushed in cleaning house.
Candice hit the Candywrapper on Jillian for the pin.
Isn't the Candywrapper the Unprettier?
After the win Beth Phoenix goes into Terminator mode and stalks in and slams the women's title against Candice's shoulder.
Is the WWE actually gonna make Beth a " noble villain"? That would be so cool since we don't have any right now that I can think of.
Anyway, Beth jumps out of the ring ( no easy feat in those spike heels she was wearing) and glares at Candice all the way up the ramp.

WWE Diva Candice Michelle Retains her Title.
Candice Michelle retained her Women's Wrestling Championship last night at Unforgiven, over Beth Phoenix.
Again Beth came out to a huge pop from the crowd.
Not so much for Candice.
Phoenix pretty much dominated Michelle throughout the entire match with power moves.
Candice won by getting a crucifix pin on Beth,countering a Gorilla Press attempt.
Of course, after the match, they showed a shot of an infuriated Beth.

I had no idea how popular SmackDown!'s Cherry was with the readers of my wrestling blogs till I looked over the stats.

Kara Elizabeth Drew started in the wrestling business in January 1999 as a manager in IWF. She also began training to become a wrestler around that time with Gino Caruso at ECPW and worked as a manager and an occasional wrestler in various federations on the east coast. By 2003 she was working primarily as a wrestler. She bounced around the independent circuit until September 2005 when she was accepted into Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) the "farm territory" of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) to further her training. Two months later she was signed to a WWE developmental deal.
At the January 17, 2006 OVW TV tapings Drew made her OVW debut as Cherry, valet of The Throwbacks (Deuce and Domino). She became part of their 1950s gimmick, wearing poodle skirts and roller skates and chewing gum at all times. Cherry made her WWE debut on the January 19, 2007 edition of Smackdown! managing Deuce & Domino. On the April 20, 2007 edition of SmackDown!, Cherry was in the corner of Deuce & Domino when they captured the WWE Tag Team Titles.

VH1 is starting a new celebrity reality television show called Celebrity Rehab.
One of the celebrities joining the cast of Celebrity Rehab is former WWF Diva, Chyna.

Beth Phoenix and Maria on RAW last night
Wow, Beth Phoenix beat Maria last night.
Okay I know I said yesterday it was gonna be a squash, but that's not some huge psychic flash now is it?
Beth beat her very quickly. I dunno what her finishing move is, but it looks kinda like a fisherman's supplex to me.
After the match, Beth grabbed the mike and announced that she is cashing in her Women's title shot at Unforgiven and wants to show Candice how she gets the job done. She picks up poor Maria and slams her again and Candice runs out to make the save but has second thoughts and instead just tends to Maria.
My hope..... Beth creams Candice at Unforgiven, and we get to see the Beth versus Victoria feud for the title!
I know, keep dreaming.

WWE Diva: Maria Kanellis...push over?
Maria's push seems to have vanished as she was just a target for getting Beth Phoenix over last Monday night on WWE RAW.
I really wanted to see Maria pull a Candice Michelle and start to shine. I never really expected Maria to win the Women's Wrestling title, but remember those jobbers back in the 80's that made it look like they might win? The ones that wrestled matches that weren't total squashes?
Oh yeah, the matches lasted more than 3 minutes back then too.

WWE Diva: Victoria
Throughout the summer of 2007, upon her arrival at SmackDown!, Victoria entered in a feud with Torrie Wilson, which fits I guess since Torrie pretty much got Victoria started in the business.
Victoria met Torrie Wilson back in 1988, and the two worked together on the Extreme Fitness Team. The following year, Torrie signed a contract with the WCW and invited Victoria to a WCW television taping.
While visiting Torrie backstage at a WCW show, an agent asked Victoria to appear in a segment with Scott Hall. Victoria filmed the segment, which featured her sitting on Hall's lap and playing with his hair, and began considering pursuing a career in wrestling.
Also this year, Victoria entered a on-screen relationship with Kenny Dykstra.( Kenny is engaged to WWE Diva Mickie James).

Beth Phoenix won the WWE Divas Battle Royal last night at SummerSlam.
The other contestants and order of elmination were Brooke Adams, Maria, Layla, Victoria, Kristal,Kelly Kelly, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, Melina,Torrie Wilson and Michelle McCool.
Beth is now considered the number one contender for the WWE Women's Wrestling Championship held by Candice Michelle.

Almost a WWE Diva: Lauren Jones
Well Lauren Jones may not have actually made it to WWE Diva status, but we can always hope.
The sad thing is that in interviews, she seemed intent on becoming a diva that actually wrestled. From the way she was talking, she might have been the next Trish Stratus.
She hasn't been sitting on her laurels though, ( I know, BAD attempt at a pun) She's appeared on the Nickelodeon TV series The Naked Brothers Band, MTV2's Wonder Showzen, the soap opera, Guiding Light, and as a Barker's Beauty on the CBS' game show The Price is Right, where she appeared for five weeks in April and May 2007.
Lauren is starring in the scripted/reality hybrid series Anchorwoman, that premiered on the Fox Broadcasting network last night, August 22, 2007. Some journalists voiced outspoken criticism of her 30-day broadcast-news stunt at a small Tyler, Texas television station.

WWE RAW: Candice Michelle and Mickie James against Melina and Beth Phoenix
Last night on Raw there was a very decent match with Candice Michelle and Mickie James against Melina and Beth Phoenix.
Melina came out first, I'm so glad her hair looks normal now and not that modified " Bride of Frankenstein" thing she had going on.
Beth Phoenix came out next. I dunno, maybe its that floor length cape/vest thing she wears during her intro, but the woman looks wicked! She's got this awesome supervillainess vibe.
Then of course " Superball" Mickie James came out bouncing, I swear I think shes gonna start ricocheting off the barriers one day.
Then Candice came out with her new techno remix of her theme. Maybe it was just me, but her pop seemed less than stellar.
Before the match starts, RAW GM William Regal comes out and announces that at SummerSlam all the divas from all 3 brands will be in a Battle Royal to determine a new number 1 contender for Candice's title.
Short match with some good moves from all involved.
Candice won with a roll-up I haven't seen outside of Lucha Libre.
Then while celebrating, her partner Mickie James spinning wheel kicks her. Melina chucks Mickie out and Beth tosses Melina out the hard way.
I guess this is to get across the " every woman for themselves " message.
Candice Michelle, Mickie James, Melina, Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall and Victoria all in a battle royal?
Heck, I might just get this PPV after all.
Just to see Beth against Victoria would be worth the price.

The last thing I heard about Nidia is that she had a kid and was settling down in Italy.
But I have heard rumors that TNA is talking to her about returning.

Lisa Fury is a female pro wrestler from Liverpool, England. Lisa currently competes for All Star Wrestling promotions in the UK and Nu-Wrestling Evolution in Italy, working as both a wrestler and a valet.
While still in school Lisa Fury enrolled in Ju-Jitsu classes and spent two years learning the ancient Japanese martial art to aid in learning the basics of wrestling (she would obtain a Blue Belt in Ju-Jitsu).
Fury was contacted by Brian Dixon of All Star Wrestling when she was 18 years old. On the 26 February 2002, Lisa Fury debuted as a manager for "The Wildcat" Robbie Brookside. Brookside went on to train her.
In the summer of 2002, Lisa Fury would begin her training with Brookside in Kirkdale, Liverpool. After 3 months of intensive training Fury was ready for her first match. She wrestled then European Women's Champion, Klondyke Kate.
Lisa Fury would go on wrestling the independent circuit of England and the rest of Europe for several years. From May 2006, she began touring with the Italian promotion, Nu-Wrestling Evolution, becoming one of its Destiny Girls; she continued to appear in the promotion as part of several tours during 2006 and into 2007.
Lisa Fury's Grandad, Tony Fury, was a Professional wrestler, who competed in the UK in the 1950s and 1960s. She credits him as having the most influence on her career.

WWE Diva Maryse Ouellet out of spotlight?
There were plans to give Sylvan a push on SmackDown with Maryse Ouellet as his hot valet, but those plans have been completely scrapped. He makes his return to television in about six months on this week's edition of SmackDown, but things really aren't any different from the last time he was on TV. He came to the ring by himself and got squashed by Kane within a matter of seconds. He worked several dark matches with Maryse in tow over the past few weeks. It seems like the act didn't impress officials enough to give Sylvan a renewed push.

Tylene Buck (born March 7, 1972) is an American model and a former pro wrestling valet under the name of Major Gunns.
Buck started out as a fitness model and as a bodybuider around 1990. Her first break into the industry was when IPS Motorsports photographed her at a Bikini contest at the Candlerock lounge in Sacramento California. After that IPS Motorsports introduced her to some other editors at the Sacramento Street Machine event that year. Tylene's first magazine cover in Sport Truck magazine was shot at the event. Her career continued on that year with several automotive magazine covers and features, shot by IPS Motorsports and Primedia staff. She also did some nude modeling before starting to participate in some backyard wrestling videos.
She had a brief pro wrestling career that started in late 1999 in WCW as one of the nWo girls. She was among several other fitness models who came to ringside with the nWo. She soon left the nWo to become a backstage interviewer but that was also shortlived. She then became Major Gunns and joined the Misfits In Action stable led by General Rection. Tylene would come out in camoflauged shorts and a small white t-shirt and would strip the shirt off later in the matches revealing a camouflaged bikini top. Her most notable feuds were with The Filthy Animals manager Tygress and Miss Hancock( Stacy Keibler) . Gunns defeated Hancock at the WCW New Blood Rising Pay-Per-View in a mud wrestling match.
She spent some time in Lance Storm's Team Canada where Storm would not allow her to show off her body like the Misfits did. She eventually turned heel and stayed with the group over returning to The Misfits.
She was released by WCW in early 2001 before it was sold to the WWF and went to Xtreme Pro Wrestling in California and became the valet for Sandman, where she feuded heavily with Lizzy Borden. She retired from wrestling in 2002. She retired from pro wrestling in 2002 and went back to fitness modeling.

Debra Gale Marshall (born March 2, 1960 in West Blocton, Alabama) is an American real estate agent and former professional wrestling manager and WWE Diva. She is best known by her ring name, Debra. Before becoming involved in wrestling, Debra was a beauty pageant participant, winning Miss Illinois America and the runner-up for Miss Texas USA.
Before becoming involved in wrestling, Debra had a small role in the 1994 film Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation as a policewoman.
In 1999, Debra hosted the Teen Choice Awards, presenting two awards. Debra and Shawn Michael's appeared on a German chat show on the 26 February 1999. On February 16, 2002, she and Steve Austin appeared on an episode of Mad TV. On March 10, 2002, Debra appeared on an episode of The Weakest Link alongside several other members of the WWE roster.
On August 7, 2006, Debra appeared on the British talk show GMTV, discussing both her WWE career and her current movie roles.
Debra is to be in the upcoming 2007 film Resident Evil: Extinction playing in a minor role of a "Lab Technician"

WWE RAW: Mickie James and Jillian Hall
Last night on WWE RAW the women's match was Mickie James and Jillian Hall.
The surprising thing to me was Jillian got a pretty clean win with a full nelson face buster. Yes, a heel with a clean win over a face. And it was quick too, blink and you would have missed it.
And the creepy look Jillian gave Lilian after the match........

Bobbi entered the world of professional wrestling in the now defunt California-based WOW promotion. Using the name "Summer," Billard was given the gimmick of a Baywatch-like lifeguard along with a tag team partner named Sandy. The duo had several tag team matches together and were unsuccessful in the WOW Tag Team Wrestling Title Tournament. At WOW Unleashed, the team fought to a draw with Farrah and Paradise.
Billard signed with the WWE in late 2003, and entered into their developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling. She received training from Ivory and Jacqueline. In the summer of 2004, however, herself and fellow model turned wrestler LaTasha Marzolla, were released for "not taking wrestling seriously." Billard rebutts this claiming she did nothing wrong.
Billard attempted to continue wrestling on the independent curcuit as "Bobbi Bling Bling." As to date, she has not returned.

She got her start in wrestling as Kharma in UPW. She would also wrestle in other federations on the west coast like IPW. In September 2005, she started working for Deep South Wrestling as a manager for Jack Bull as well as an occasional wrestler. She received, and earned herself, a WWE tryout in December 2005. Since that date she hasn't made any appearance on Deep South Wrestling, LLC. She participated in April 2006 on a tour with Impact Zone Wrestling when they went over seas and competed in Korea, Japan. Jennifer wrestling as Kharma went against Morgan at all the shows.
